SO many technical difficulties with the bugs.
the ceramic bugs somehow turned brown in the kiln instead of white??? like they’re fine but they’re brown so idk. winslow thinks that someone messed with the kiln settings, so we went for a refire last thursday.
the plastic bugs printed, and i released them from their support hell, and i’ll probably have them to show to the class on tuesday.
uhhhh oh yeah and also winslow has some cool weird material called glowlay that can be used sort of like a seed bomb (edit: it is biodegradable, and is suitable to grow small plants). WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THAT SOONER. anyway hopefully i can explain that a little better in person, but here’s some google images.
