Revised Heart-Shaped Layout Ideas

New Heart-Shaped Layout Idea

For the layout of my heart collages, I decided to fill the background with the early heart collages I made during the semester. I have also considered reducing the opacity of these collages to make the heart shape stand out more.

Family Heart Collages + Sketch of Layout for Thesis Show

While going through my heart collages for the thesis show, I noticed that I worked on more comic-con collages than family collages. Therefore I made some new family heart collages below. I also worked on my sketch of the layout for the thesis show.

Heart-Shaped Layout Idea

Here is a layout idea for displaying my heart-shaped collages for the thesis show. The outlined squares around the heart shape are just placeholders since I'm currently not sure what to add to the squares.

Some New Comic-Con Collages + Layout Idea for Thesis Show

Over the weekend, I worked on some new comic-con heart collages. Alongside working on these collages, I have been thinking about the layout of my heart collages for the thesis show. Since I've been working with heart shapes for my project, I thought about maybe using a heart shape layout for my collages. The images on the layout concept are placeholders for now.

New Family Heart Collages

Work during Spring Break

During spring break, I revised some of my comic-con heart collages by removing the images that were there before. I have also created some new comic-con collages.

Layout of Comic-Con Heart Collages + Some Collages without Images

Here is a layout of the comic-con heart collages that I've made so far this semester. Some are also from last semester too. I have also made some more heart collages using some of the same backgrounds and heart pieces, but this time I experimented with removing the images that were on these before.

Revised Heart Pieces

I have revised the heart pieces for each comic-con heart collage since some of the images in the heart pieces looked cropped before. In addition to making adjustments to the heart pieces, I have created some new backgrounds and heart pieces.
